i have a power-pack student... have always been chatting to stella's mum and dad during her lessons, and just yesterday i realised her dad has studios, yar, studios(literally)! and he works with celebrities, FAMOUS celebrities all around the world. like, HELLO?! i didn't know that... her mum was telling me how those magazines fake the celebrities' looks, 90% of them are photoshop-ed or air brushed, and the other 10% are for the fact that the celebrities are wrapped in thick coats of make ups to start off with. as we chat along, she told she has a company too. and what does she do? she provides gym equipments, and manage gyms all around the world. like, ONCE AGAIN, ALL AROUND THE WORLD. she told me singapore's most powerful gym is in SMU, cos they have the best equipments, latest equipments for everything. not one equiment each but ROWS of them. hahhas. no wonder she looks so toned everywhere! it's good to chat with them when i really have got nothing to do. (:
watched Amazing Grace with Stephen. hmm, okie i think it's a really good show, it's really boring, like BORED TO THE CORE (initially), but it's a show u really need to listen and understand. it's about a noble man, named William Wilberforce. a man who made trading of slaves in european countries stopped completely. i was so moved, and i was at brim of tears more than thrice.
alright, that companion of mine dozed off in the show, it's not even half way through the show and he was sound asleep, yes... really sound asleep. cos he din respond at all when i was commenting on something.. hahahas! he went out of the theatre asking me what the show was about, and said that people with poor english and literature standards will never understand such shows. hahahhas!
dinner, laughs, and yup something unexpected(or rather the whole episode of the amazing grace the dinner and the laughs were unexpected, but the purpose of all these were rather expected.) i laughed it off. by the way, that's my forte.
there's IR presentation and IB presentation tmr.... omg...
i wanna watch the pirates of the carribean! and for everyone's information, i HAVEN EVEN WATCH SPIDERMAN3 FOR GOODNESS SAKE! i needa go catch some movies real soon!!!
